Not the exact same but I've got 17×8.5" ET10, which barely clear the bc coilovers on the inside. And at the rear end I had to trim the "lip" on the arches. 225/45 tyres.
Its entirely possible that the standard struts provide more clearance than the coilovers, I can't remember!

Due to the design of the BC coilovers there is less wheel clearance. ET16 clear original struts no problem

Use this website to make your calculations:

https://www.willtheyfit.com/

Then just measure and see if any changes to the size will foul anything.

When I had my Citroen C6 steels on there was loads of clearance (they were 17x7.5 offset 25) but they did need a 5mm spacer to clear the front struts. That’ll probably be the first clearance issue, then it’ll be the arches.

Plenty of people run them though so I can’t imagine it’s a problem that can’t be fixed.

If you don't lower it, either will fit.

My 16x8" ET11 wheels are close at the front with 40mm lowering and camber mod, and would require the arches to be rolled on the back to not rub, so a wheel 6mm wider on the outside and pushed 5mm further out as well will hit like mad. ET16 is the way to go.
