DRL upgrade V60?
I have a pre-facelift V60 with vertical DRL's.
I like the look of the horizontal DRL's on the facelift model. Anyone here that knows of a good upgrade? And did the pre-facelift ever come with original front foglights? Last edited by Tiller; Nov 18th, 2021 at 10:59. |

Amazon have examples of DRL running lights that sit in the 'vents' in the bumper, such as https://www.amazon.co.uk/July-King-D.../dp/B07371CN14
Haven't used them, so can't provide further comment. But this video shows how to install them if you're interested. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Os5pdKqQKh8 Couldn't see any examples on Autotrader with fog lights. A quick scroll through Autotrader shows
This would indicate the facelift was introduced in 2013. |

I tried the replacement lights from Amazon but they leaked and let water into the light which didn't end well so they went back. Perhaps I got a bad set but both lights leaked, if it was just one I'd say it was bad luck but both made me wonder about the quality.
I've done my own using these lights (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/372229904230) And they've worked perfectly for well over a year now, the sequential indicators look quite fancy as well. I cut slots in my panels to mount them using heat glue behind and the back looks a bit messy but it looks neat from the front. I'll get some photos later if that'll help. |
