T3 petrol ok for around town?
Looking at T3 Auto mainly as seems most popular on selekt and Autotrader. I know this is 3 cylinder, is it fine for around town driving?
I'm not too bothered on mpg, more so the power, if its sluggish off pulling away etc. I'm no boy racer! not bothered on top speed, as long as can get to 70! Thanks |

They are very good cars and the power is quite adequate for normal use, whether it is about town or long main road trips. We are on our second T3 and are thoroughly enjoying owning it; I often use it in preference to my V90 as it is a great car to drive about town and in traffic, and my wife regularly uses it to run down the A1 to visit family in Nottinghamshire, a round trip of about 350 miles.

100% - it will also surprise you on A roads & motorways too. Its a very able engine, especially considering its size. 3 adults and car loaded to the roof with my daughters uni stuff, and it was still overtaking happily on the motorway.
