Don't know if you had any luck with this marky-gee but I am after exactly the same thing.

Also how to remove the upper door moulding strips/trim as I gather it is both glued and clipped on. Thanks

Unfortunately not, breakers yards won't sell them as they only sell complete doors. Volvo sell them but they're not cheap, so I gave up in the end.

sorry, I purchased them myself in the end. Didn't realise that I needed painted parts to complete my facelift, I have the standard black un-painted trims if you are interested.
