V50 T5 Manual for Sale - selling from Harrogate

Photos coming soon. Just posting here before I get a chance to make a public ad in case anyone in the group is interested and I will give them the first chance 😀

The car is a V50 T5 Manual, it has done around 130k miles and the reg is WJ54 XYL.

I bought the car in October 2020 and it's been great since. Before myself, the previous owner had owned it since 2005. It has been serviced and MOT'd by a Volvo main dealer up to 2020, with services at:

0/3/9/19/27/37/49/59/69/82/92/100/107/109/113/116/120

I have proof of this and will happily provide you with the name of the dealer before coming to view the car so that you can confirm it with their service department.

Since then, I've serviced it myself. Last year I did the timing belt/water pump. All OEM Volvo parts used, happy to provide the receipts. Currently it is on 4 Michelin Cross Climates.

Cosmetically, it's generally good outside - it has small scrapes, but nothing too noticeable that you wouldn't expect from a car of it's age.

Mechanically it's good, drives and stops well.

Negatives:
I haven't sorted any of the advisories from the last MOT because I knew I was ready to sell.
Roof lining has sagged/come away. I don't really notice as the driver because it has sagged in the rear. It's been like that since I've had it and hasn't bothered me.
Sun roof has never worked since I had it. I checked when doing a VIDA scan and it said there was an error with the sunroof. Could be a case that someone has unplugged the fuse for it at some point, but I've never investigated.

I'm selling because I'm picking up a new car this weekend and don't have a use for it anymore. Going to wash it and photograph it tomorrow - then I'll see where to price it at and put up a public ad. Just giving members of the group the first chance. Let me know if you're interested and I'll send some photos midday tomorrow.
