Default Downpipe Query - Volvo 940 Garrett T3

I'm currently in the process of fitting a larger turbo to my 1997 940 LPT and have picked up a Garrett T3 (TB0361) with an already modified exhaust manifold off another 940. Unfortunately I wasn't able to pickup the downpipe along with the Turbo from the other 940.

I've tried to test fit the hot side of the turbo with a spare original downpipe and it appears to be a conical flange but the clamp (gasket?) doesn't align and is far too small for the threaded holes on the turbo housing.

Does anyone have any idea if I'm correct in assuming the flange is a conical flange and that I will require a new downpipe to fit the turbo?

For reference the current modifications on my 940 are:

- Jetex 2.5' exhaust cat back with sports cat and original OEM downpipe
- 3' MAF with cone filter
- Bosch Green Giant Injectors
- Classic Swede ignition and ecu chips
- Manual boost controller
- AEM wideband and Boost Gauge

Could you not slot the bolt holes like this?

Otherwise, not sure. All the flanges I can see don't have that conical angle, they're just flat. Maybe a Saab T25 3 bolt flange could be adapted?

Thanks for the help, i've gone and bought a slotted bolt flange and it fits perfectly with the original downpipe.
