Putting 965 seats into a 850...? possible?

(Apologies for the duplicated thread - just realised I posted i the sales section - and I had a blonde moment this am and wrote 740 instead of 850....ehhhem)

I have a '92 965 AUTO estate with a blown gasket and recently purchased a '95 850 CD AUTO estate.

The seats in my 965 are in much better condition and I wondered if I could change them into the 850?

Anyone know if they are compatible? if so any idea on how much I would expect to pay someone to do this for me?

Hi,

I doubt it as the cars are different sizes.

Unless there is a way to fix the seat from the 900 to the floor rails of the 850.
