Help! Mis-sold V40

Hi,

Wondering if you could help me/ giving some guidance

I have recently bought a Volvo V40 (ex-demo) from Bells Motor Group Bedford and I have been told that the car came with a winter pack and rain sensors

It turns out that it is not true and the car is a basic SE model and that the dealership has bluntly mis-sold me a car; The dealer is denying the facts and now refuses to talk to me

I am very disappointed as I never thought this would be possible from a Volvo dealership and wondering what could I do to try to resolve this issue in the best possible way

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

This doesn't sound much like our Bedford Branch as they are usually very thorough at checking spec on handover with customers.

I've just come off the phone to the sales manager there (Peter McLaughlin) and he is more than happy to take your call to discuss.
