P168913 Piston Cooling Valve

Hi hope you can help me. I have an issue with a P168913 error which says Piston Cooling Valve on my V70 III 2012 2.4D5

I have had 2 replaced ( plus my original ) and it still comes up with the message which fails when the engine is hot.

Any thoughts. Getting low pressure at idle sometimes. I wondered if the wiring was faulty and not activating it. Can anyone point me where the control of this and the writing diagram as I cant find the drawing.

Any ideas would be appreciated...
