Default Horns that don't & windows that jam. .... a newbie enquires

Hi, I have just picked up an unrusty 92 440 for peanuts & found myself enjoying a car i would never have looked at before! Great fun on a twisty road & so refined as regards road noise & bump thump. Shows up the resident 245GLT as booming, crashing, & noisy.
I'm hooked -- & long retired motor traders seldom are. Maybe it was the £25 that did it? :-)

A couple of Q's for the wise, if I may?

1) Manual window winder drops at the forward end. Do I ditch it & start again? Or can it be fixed? If so, how do I remove the trim panel? I can see the door pocket & door pull screws, are there more? Or do i now yank off the panel?

2)An old stalwart at our local auction bet me the horn wouldn't work; & of course he was right...No power from column to fuse. Anyone know what else is on that path? I'm a bit too old to be a contorting without good reason,----- or any reason I suppose.

Many Thxs
