  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Found it! Checked fuses and there ok but on the fuse diagram the cir lighter isn't even on there! Hmmmm.....any ideas? Cheers

I had the same problem on a V70 2006. I had the sat nav plugged in and the children had a DVD player plugged into the rear cigarette lighter and the fuse went. Unfortunately both are on the same.
I think it is No 30.... but I am not 100% sure.
The fuse is definitely on the driver side.

You open the door, stick your head under the dash and look up!!
A torch will help.

Your manual will give you a little map of all the fuse locations.

It will say "12V Outlet" or similar, not cigarette lighter.

Still cant find this beast of a fuse as on the box diagram at the end of the dashboard drivers side theres no mention of a 12v outlet or anything even similar

My mistake, it actually does say "Cigarette Lighters", position 13, four down in the second column. Yellow 20A fuse.

On my fusebox diagram that is the telephone fuse but there wasn't a fuse there to replace. The back 12v is also not working

It seems the location changed in later cars. Try the CEM fuse panel.

Default cig lighter

According to the s80 handbook the fuse is no.13,electric socket-12volt. 2nd row from the left 4th one down.try putting a 20amp fuse in there. It looks like bweebar is right so IGNORE my answer.
