Default Attaching center brake light

Hi,

Ever since having my rear window replaced, every time the sun comes out on a hot day, the center brake light falls off. Any suggestions to a glue that would work?

Thanks

AFAIK they have a bracket or screw fitting. No glue used. Perhaps your glass fitter lost a bit.

Hi,

I don't really see how you can screw in to glass, surely it must be glued on?

Thanks

My 91 clips into the plastic window surround at the bottom.

Thanks, I don't appear to have a plastic surround, only a thick round rubber thing going all the way around the window:

Think my 89 has clips aswell but i have seen people glue them aswell with the normal black window seal kit. As long as you can pop the back bit off to replace a broken bulb its all good

I'm still confused... Mine is an '89, so why would it be different?

What's the window seal kit?

looks like you are missing a plastic shroud/trim that goes all the way round the window. I will try and take a picture of mine tomorrow and post.

Is yours the later type rear door with the window glued directly to the door rather than held in rubber?

Hi,

Window on door? Is yours an estate? I don't have any windows glued onto doors.

Thanks
