Default XC90 auto unlock and folding middle row of seats

A couple of quickies for the XC90 oracles:

What is the procedure for folding down the middle row of seats? I've checked the manual but to me it seems none too clear.

Is there a way of programming auto-unlock on the central locking? (I have set it to lock automatically when driving off but it would be useful to auto-unlock when the ignition is switched off for example).

Next to the headrest is a tab - pull that and it allows the headrest to fold forward.
Then fold the seat forward using the handle on the side (as if you were getting into the back). It goes to about 45 degrees.
On the seat back is a lever - pull that right up and the seat back will fold flat (well, almost flat).
The middle seat folds flat straight away by simply pulling the lever on the back.

Many thanks VP - for a moment I was wondering whether anyone was going to respond after over 100 views.

I haven't found a way of auto-unlocking as yet, which means you have to remember to push the button on the drivers door armrest to unlock, if you want to open any doors or boot from outside. They will open ok from inside though, for passengers to get out. I've forgotten a number of times and gone to open the boot, to find it locked and nearly breaking a finger or two.

I had my first XC90 (MY05) programmed at the dealers for the auto door locking (cost about £35 for the software download), but I’ve not bothered to get my new XC 90 (MY06) done.

I just use the door lock button on the driver’s door window controls (looks like a key), this locks all of the doors and if someone opens a door from the inside when the engine is running only that door unlocks, turn the engine off and all of the doors unlock.
