Default Progress update

Hi all,
I have'nt posted for while so I thought I would let you know how my PV is coming along. Slowly I'm afraid. A short time in hospital and trouble with one of my other cars has really held me up. Well -
I have sorted out the seats, a few welds required on the frames and recovered using the original red outer sections and replacing the inner sections in black.
Most of the bodywork completed and ready to be reassembled, ( I hope it all goes back together easily ). Then I can respray.
I hope to lift out the engine and box next week. Although I have never driven the car I know that it does need a clutch. Any body out there got one ? Having them out will also give me the chance to respray the engine bay.
After that it will all be cosmetic - headlining, trim, need some chrome ( again, anybody got bits and pieces ? ).
Regards , Drew

I'm glad the PV is progressing even if a bit slowly!
If you get time it would be nice to see some pics of the work so far. Hopfully it will bive some of us here the enthusiasm to get out into the workshop.
I've got a pair of halogen conversion lamps on ebay at the moment.

What engine is in your PV Drew?
