Default Drivers window drops slightly on full up

Good morning all, as the title says, is this a common issue? Im thinking it must be the regulator, the window goes up all the way and drops slightly, you can move it up and down slightly with your hand like its not "locked" for want of a better term, any help as always gratefully received 😊

if it's the usual issue it's usually referred to as window 'bounce' and there is a reset method involving pulling and replacing a fuse, holding the switch in the up position for about 10 seconds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZs0uURnEN8

but mine does it from time to time as well, and the reset has no effect. i find that removing the rubber strips inside and out, giving them a good clean, and cleaning the window tracks solves the issue for another 6-8months or so. i think also my doorskin was been slightly mis-shapen at some point (though not visibly obvious) probably someone pushing it shut with their bum one too many times

my 'bounce' is usually more about halfway up though not right at the top

try the reset thing first and see how that goes

VIDA / DICE can relearn the positions and it works a treat. If you havent got VIDA try a bit of silicon spray on a cloth and wipe the rubbers - it will soften them up preventing it thinking its hit a finger
