Default Rear wiper

Hello

I have a 2003 V40 1.8 petrol. The rear wiper is not working.
I checked the wiper motor and the whole thing spins like a charm when it's getting 12V.
I suspect that it's the relay, but I cant for the life of me find the relay.
It's not in the engine bay fuse box. It's not in the fuse box below the steering wheel.
On the attached drawing it seems like it's should be in a relay box under the steering wheel, but it is not. The slot it should be at is empty and no wires on the back of the slot.

Where can this wiper relay be? I have also not stubled upon the front wiper relay in ny search this is very strange to me.

The VIDA image in the attachment shows the diagram for a RHD vehicle, could it be completely different for LHD and therefore you are looking in the wrong place. It seems unlikely, but cannot think of any other explanation.

Thanks

Yes I also guess that RHD and LHD should not be so different.
But who knows right now i am leaning towards the case that a former owner did som wired stuff to the car.
I already found some wired stuff.
Ex. the engine heater was not working because a fuse was stuck in the plastic next to the terminals.
The guy i bought it from did not know that it had an engine heater.

Anyway, thank you and happy new year
