Clear, definitely.

Makes the car look a lot more modern, and it's in keeping with all the other orange lights on the car (ie orange bulbs behind clear lenses).

I think also it depends on whether you have black side-strips or body coloured ones. Against the black the amber is OK, but set directly against some colours the amber ones really clash (maya gold, for example).

Orange as supplied - with high brightness white SMD LED within, the largest that could fit. Properly bright...

I think the orange ones add years to the overall look of the car.
White ones give the impression of a newer/younger car to me.

I've got my clear ones tinted with my body colour which is black. Blends into the strip nicely.

Could do with LED's in them though!!

I think it depends on the colour of the car?
