Default 460 ignition

Hi, does anyone have an ignition switch with the relevant wiring that would fit my 94 460.? Thanks

What exactly is the problem you are trying to resolve?

Abs & airbag light do not go out . My mechanic reckons it’s a worn ignition switch . I’ve tried all the other things that could be causing it & this is next on the list to try.

Sorry to have been quiet on this.

You know you can dismantle and clean the ignition switch? I've just done it on my 440 because intermittently it would refuse to start.

Remove the plastic steering column shroud, and at the back of the ignition barrel is a grub screw. Remove that and unplug the black connector, you will then be able to remove the white plastic end section. Prise it open (carefully, it has 3 small springs inside!) and if it's anything like mine you'll find the contacts within it are all gunked up and carboned.

Using tweezers you can remove the components and clean them - just keep track of which way around it all goes.

Replace and see if it solves the problem!

Personally, though, I'd be more minded to think you have a dry solder problem on the instrument cluster PCB.
