Default Which crossbar for V90 CC?

When I picked up my car at the dealership I also purchased the OEM (Volvo branded Thule) crossbars. Unfortunately, I realised the inside span of the crossbar is not wide enought for the Thule Kukenam 3 rooftop tent. The tent requires at least 85 cm inside span. The OEM crossbar only has around 81 at the front and around 78 cm at the rear.

It seems I have to look for another one. Could you recommend a quiet crossbar which has at least 85-90 cm inside span (top and bottom) and could be easily fitted to a V90 Cross Country?

Seems they fit, I believe you can check on the Thule site for your car.

Thanks! Thule's website had not been working for the past few days, it constantly popped "something went wrong" messages when I selected my car. So I went to an official Thule dealer and asked them to call the manufacturer, and they confirmed that the Wingbar Evo 118 both fits my car and the Thule Kukenam 3 rooftop tent. I bought a set and I will try it soon.

And now the website seems to be working again... The dealer told me that this new Thule site has been launched recently and still buggy...

Out of interest what's the tent like? What's the base like in terms of comfort?

You mean the sleeping surface? It’s very comfy. Much more than a regular tent. It has a built-in but also removable foam matress, around 10 cm thick.

The whole tent is also very easy to setup. Can be done in 5-10 mins max. Because it’s elevated, you don’t have to bother with the ground surface. It also doesn’t get muddy.

I have done several trips with it with my 4x4, and I can absolutely recommend it if you like camping.
