Default Still pressurising

My V70 D5 2005 is still pressurising the cooling system and losing a cup full of water a day
It’s had :-

New thermostat and housing
New Volvo cap
New heater matrix
New water pump
Seals like steel in system

There is:-
No water in the oil
No steam or smoke from the exhaust
Runs and drives Exellent No blips
No overheating of engine gauge stays at 12:00 o’clock
No visual leaks anywhere

Water is getting all round the system heater blows hot

Run it 10/20 miles leave it till morning cupful has dissapeared
Good things to whoever solves this problem

Have a look at the lower corners of the radiator tanks from underneath first thing in the morning.. you might see signs of a leak.....

If it’s a euro 4, don’t forget the turbo is water cooled and you have EGR cooler pipe work. Had a small leak years back on my S60.

Default Coolant system pressure test

Re pressure testing the coolant system.

If U have or can borrow the Sealey VS820 brake bleeding kit, the same cap that normally fits the brake fluid reservoir, will also fit the coolant reservoir. Pressurise the Sealey bottle and leave overnight. as Clan suggests.
A slight loss of coolant I had a few months ago, was solved by reversing the seal ring inside the coolant reservoir cap.
