Congrats guys!
i've been wanting to make some simple mods first. Although i tried installing volvo fuel pump and brakes, i guess still need more practice before going to hard jobs. |

Phase 2 2.0T rods are weaker. T4's run compression ratio of 8.5:1, 2.0T's are 9:1 P1 T4's are 1855cc, P2 T4 is 1948cc (All 2.0T are 1948cc) It depends on how far you want to modify the T4. I wasn't planning on having as much torque as I got, resulting in a bent rod. I'll post up the new spec, with pictures of the build once the car is moving under its own steam. Andy P

I've only just got my S40, (1997, 1.9TD), but am looking at doing bits and pieces to it, currently got a new K&N Induction kit waiting delivery, and will be getting hold of various other parts (new exhaust and various cosmetic parts).
I need to get the electrics sorted however, as I've got Airbag, Door and Immobilizer faults showing at the moment, as well as the light switch and interior lights not working properly. Thanks. Rob. |

I might as well say I have just fitted a Heico air freshner and save embarassment.
My humble attempt:- '95 855 GLE T5 K+N Induction kit. OEM Strut brace. Debadged Black bonnet grille Audi programmeable wiper relay. LED Sidelights Clear side repeaters Powerflex Top bush Audio: Sony DAB/CD head FLI 12" sub Soon to come Powerflex Wishbone bushes 1 Farad Capacitor for sub. OEM Foglights. Cold air feed to cone or swap back to K+N Panel with cold feed. Look I've only had the car a year and I work part time... that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

Now she's done 132000 miles. Mods:- Exterior. New Projector style dark Headlights and indicators Genuine 8000K Xenon kit with ballasts. Eggbox style black grille with R badge. Engine. Powertec Induction Kit with cold air feed. Top engine mount replaced with aftermarket kit. MBC set to 14 psi LongLife stanless exhaust system cat back. Custom Reverse Flow intercooler with pipe over engine Ice. Pioneer Avic HD1BT/mp3/cd/dvd/20gbhdd/satnav/g force meters 6 disc changer Alpine MrdM500 AMplifier Alpine Mrp-M430 4ch amplifier Diamond Audio Subwoofer M3 Interior. Boost Gague. Wood trim. Chassis. Lowered 35mm on H and R springs Strut brace Volvo standard Painted Calipers red with volvo decals. Police spec pads, and OEM volvo discs. Wheels. OZ Canyon 18" Alloy Wheels sprayed in anthracite powder coat. Not sure on bhp, around 260 i'd say. 1998 T5 GT AUTO!
