240 turbo conversion parts

Right well as i've just given up smoking i've got some extra funds, more to the point getting off the weed i've got more mojo to actually do some tinkering!

So has anyone got all the parts i need to convert my 240 to turbo power, i.e a decent 2.3 engine and ancillarys, ECU, loom etc basically everything i need to do the conversion. It's been pointed out it would be easier to get a complete donor car, but i simply don't have anywhere to put one so in my situation i think its easier to just acquire the parts needed.

Willing to travel to collect but within reason, i.e Scotland is a bit far, so WHY?

Hello ive got a 2lt turbo engine going in the car at the moment but i,dont need the engine

Thanks Dan, but ideally looking for a 2.3, If i have no luck i'll keep you in mind.
