Congrats guys!
i've been wanting to make some simple mods first. Although i tried installing volvo fuel pump and brakes, i guess still need more practice before going to hard jobs.

Internal strength wise, the T4's and the phase 1 2.0T are the same.

Phase 2 2.0T rods are weaker.

T4's run compression ratio of 8.5:1, 2.0T's are 9:1

P1 T4's are 1855cc, P2 T4 is 1948cc (All 2.0T are 1948cc)

It depends on how far you want to modify the T4. I wasn't planning on having as much torque as I got, resulting in a bent rod.

I'll post up the new spec, with pictures of the build once the car is moving under its own steam.

I've only just got my S40, (1997, 1.9TD), but am looking at doing bits and pieces to it, currently got a new K&N Induction kit waiting delivery, and will be getting hold of various other parts (new exhaust and various cosmetic parts).

I need to get the electrics sorted however, as I've got Airbag, Door and Immobilizer faults showing at the moment, as well as the light switch and interior lights not working properly.
