Unhappy STOLEN near Leicester - our ADRIA Altea 502DK

We have just been told by our caravan storage place that our Adria Altea 502DK 2004 has been stolen - 22nd -23rd June 2011 from near Leicester.

I know it is unlikely, but if you should hear anything that could help the Police find it (it is a relatively rare European model - rather square, textured white body with blue stripe, door on wrong side) could you let me and/or Leicestershire police know.

Holiday all booked for 3 weeks time...

Ian

Gee Ian that is really bad and I'm so sorry.

After all the work I've put into our caravan I know how I would feel.

Came across a site the other day and it might be of use to you.

See here http://www.itsbeennicked.co.uk/category/caravans/

Also worth a regular check on ebay. It's amazing how often nicked stuff comes up for sale.

Sorry to hear this ...worst nightmare...keep looking on ebay and also keep looking on LOOT....it has to be sold somewhere...the usual suspects are travelling types...not to generalise but I grew up on a farm and it is part of the culture...Hope you find it...We are going in 3 weeks with our caravan...maybe see if someone could rent you oneif you have a holiday booked....worth a try

Thanks - no news yet! We have bought a tent, and we are going to visit my parents who will be in France too. They take a caravan to travel then live in a static caravan on their long-term site, so we should be able to use their caravan to live in for a week!
