The bit about not having the V5 is a bit lame - the fault of those Swansea civil servants who want to work from their kitchen tables forever :-) PS. The speedo not working (honest guv, it just broke last week) story is a bit suspicious - coupled with the lack of any MoT record and a 17 year gap in the motor car's history. I suppose someone may have disconnected the speedo drive (I think electrical from the back axle of that model?) 17 years ago and it has really covered 370,000 miles.
