General: - HU603 + MD and/or DAB ??

Hello all,

Anyone come across MiniDisc or DAB as an option on HU603?

At the top left of the display, you see FM AM TAPE CD illuminated.

If you get the light just right and look across to the right, you can also see MD, CD-CHGR, MD-CHGR, TV, DAB, AUTO.

I guess it's just a generic Alpine LCD display...? I've never seen these options available, or come across them on the web anywhere.

Alpine? The head units are made by Mitsubishi.

On mine the Auto, TV and CD Chgr are all lit up. I know volvo do make a MD headunit as well as the MD Chgr for the XC90 so I guess that the LCD display is generic among all of the alpine units, they just apply this to all of them, HU-603, HU-803 HU-XXX etc etc.
