Is it an easy mod? ie can I work it out without instructions! I don't like relying on the digital gauge....

A 5 minute job but easier to reach from underneath unless you have really skinny and long arms like "Stretch Armstrong"

More like 15 minutes to get your tools out and jack the front up/support on axle stands, then remove the undertray. Yes only 5 to 10 mins to remove the technician dipstick and fit fit the big beastie, but then another 15 minutes to re-fit undertray and put your gear away.

So all told around 40 minutes without rushing.

Mine was done at the same time as an oil change so took 5 minutes

My new dipstick is reading at the top of the hatched area so presumably on the max fill level. The electronic jobby is showing about 3/4 and the stubby stick was much lower iirc.

Well I suppose it's always better to have 3 different answers to the same question.
