21 S60 PE sim

Hi all,
After having my order for a V60 T6 cancelled a few days ago by the factory as although it was initially accepted, they have now decided there is no more build slots, I have gone and bought a 21 S60 polestar engineered.
It was delivered yesterday and it’s a beautiful car but I can’t get the sim to work!

It came with the usual Vodafone 100gb sim which is fitted correctly and after turning the modem on, shows a signal as expected however the globe never shows up to allow me to complete the registration process. I thought maybe it was a sim issue so I swapped the sim for the 100gb voda sim in my XC which does work in the XC perfectly but in the S60, will do the same as the old sim. Show a signal but no globe!

Any suggestions? All settings on the modem page are the same as my XC60 so I can’t see why it wouldn’t work!

Check that the WiFi box is not ticked in the settings or it will try to connect to an external WiFi rather than the cars modem, there is a thread on this forum about how to set up the Vodaphone Sim if you can find it in using the search. It has Volvo instructions link.

Thank you! I will go and try that in a bit. I was given the end user version of that PDF so didn’t have the first 5 or so steps.
