S60 Euro 3 Facelift Dawn Blue Manual

Hi all,

I'll get some greater detail up over the weekend, but advance notice that I'm selling our next-to-last Volvo - simply, I'm no longer doing a decent length commute, so have picked up a Panda 4x4 to run about in (charming little thing btw!)

I've owned it for the last 8 years, and run it from 75K to its current 173K.

It's got all its stamps in the book (17 IIRC), I have all 8 years' worth of bills, incl belts, re-replacement OEM Volvo arms, wheel bearings, struts F&R and so on, and on. Basically it has been maintained with what it has needed when it has needed it - and no penny-pinching, so using Mahle filters, Shell Helix Ultra 5-40 synthetic oil. It has just been serviced and has a new MOT, so is ready to go. Uniroyal Rainsports all round, Dawn Blue* (the pretty pale blue you see only a few of) with black leather interior.

I wouldn't be selling if it was still appropriate for my needs, but there's no point in just running it 3 miles to the station and back, it's a way better car than that.

As I say, more info coming (assuming we get at least some respite from the rain!) at the weekend.

*Unmarked, too - with the one exception of an astonishing piece of advanced driving whereby I scratched the fuel flap - and only the flap - when I did some precision manoeuvring into a gate hinge. Oh how we laughed. Said nobody...

The Euro 3 facelift is the golden goose, great, efficient engine and better looking for the facelift....I'm sure you will have no bother getting rid of it.

You'll see my precision parking scrape on the fuel flap. Still don't quite know how I did it! (BTW the line above/on the flap is a reflection, not a scratch)

The Volvo looks well preserved, I myself would keep it tbh.
