I put them in recently. Very pleased with the improvement.

Used them a few times on P2 V70 and S60 and they're excellent especially for the money and the ease of fitting.

Binned those ones on my 850 and put solid subframe inserts in. Didn’t notice any difference in ride hardness, but then again mine on coil overs and set up for fast road use

The solid inserts are absolutely different class. Turn is accurate and focused and I have far more confidence in the front end than I ever have done before.

Some good bits & bobs here if you want to increase noise & vibration https://www.mpre.se/?page_id=147

Not quite quite sure what you mean?

I have Poly bush, firewall, top engine torque, and gearbox mount, the only one i find that added any real vibration is Firewall mount.

The sub-frame inserts made no difference to noise or vibration, just tightened up the handling even more.

"I won't be renewing the bolts the inserts are the same as I have ordered"

You should always renew the subframe bolts.
Most of volvos bolts are stretch bolts , you cannot fully tighten them again , they act like plastic and just stretch more as you tighten, you then run the risk of one (or more) snapping as you tighten them...not a nice job trying to remove a snapped bolt from the chassis...your choice though...

Try the three engine mounts! nothing will move then!
