Default Securing spare wheel xc40

Hi, the OH just picked up her 2020 xc40. She paid £300 for a spare wheel but it’s not secured in the vehicle and there’s no dressing around it. Did they miss something? Seems very unsafe not to be secured? Tools and wheel could come forward in an impact!

I purchased a spare from Volvo and it came with a styrofoam style insert (not particularly good!) that the wheel, jack, brace and lock key sits in and surrounds the wheel. The whole thing is then held down by a large threaded cap. So I think you have all that missing!
Mine is a 2018 but I assume the boot floor is similar across the ICE models.
