Hi Tom,
The whole 5-cylinder range will fit it is just a case of getting the correct angled flange and cutting off the 5th cylinder and welding up. some are better gas flow than others the later ME7 ones but i don`t know about which angle flange they use

I checked the S60 part number and they don`t match!!! i think it depends which year!
So i checked the 850 T5 part number and this is the same as the one in the pics. bar the last few digits which i think signify the angled type, not sure.

I would do the full conversion with what you are about to do with tuning your motor as the curved exhaust from the turbo is the most restrictive part of the system as std. so really best to enlarge as in the pics.

Do you have one?

As i have a spare which has the same part number as the one in the pics. from a `97 V70 T5 with the 90 degree flange, it is from a V70 T5 240bhp.

I Hope this helps you?

Keith

Well thanks for that Keith, in-depth and to the point like usual, I'd live your spare, in the pics that is ready to go onto a t4 I take it as it's got 4 not 5 outlets, one you've done yourself? Now this means I can have any t3 flanged turbo? Obviously not a gt60 or somink coz of the bulkhead lol

Found some pics on S40concepts where a member adapted an S60r manifold, here are some of the pics from various threads.

Nice one firebolt, looks wicked after it's been polished and sprayed, Also looks fairly easy to do aswell, can't wait to receive the manifolds from 960kg as he has a spare. Need to find a 19t or a suitable garret now.

Any 2001 Volvo 5cyl turbo mani will fit. Don't use an 850 one as these are worst flowing. Send a manifold to Tim Williams from T5D5. Nice chap and he will convert your manifold for £60 + postage. Did a good job on mine.
