Default Fuel Correction and Black Smoke

New to forum and technically illiterate just after some opinions on what to do next.
Have a 2005 XC70 D5 163bhp under heavy acceleration a get a cloud of black smoke out the back. It has done 105000 miles with full service history
All airways and pipes have been checked and no problems, egr valve has been replaced, intercooler looks OK and no fault codes when on diagnostics
Only issue that shows up is Fuel Correction figures as follows

Cyl 1 - 7mm3
Cyl 2 - 5.04mm3
Cyl 3 - 6.03mm3
Cyl 4 - 0.00 mm3
Cyl 5 - 35.67 mm3

No 5 injector was replaced but the values did not change. Then injectors were moved around and value did not change.

Has anyone else had this issue and how did they resolve ? My first thought is to replace all 5 injectors (used as new far too expensive) but not sure if this is the answer

Running out of money and patience for more guess work !! Can anyone help ?

I would be getting some peak boost and MAF figures too before focusing solely on injectors.

Hi thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I am not technically minded and have no tools. All diagnostics carried out by my local Volvo specialist show everything runs correctly no codes have been saved. I was just hoping someone had encountered a similar problem and had a solution. I cant afford to experiment any further
