To P or not to P
Another question from a newbie.
With car set in Drive when stopping on the level or slight slope do I rely on the engine/electric motor to hold the car, or do I need to keep my foot on the brake or select P? Similar question for steep slope. Similar question in B mode. Creep mode is OFF. XC60 Recharge Inscription Expression T6. 2022 |

Does the XC60 have the Automatic brake when stationary function? That is what I use on my S60 Recharge.

Yes its called autohold it is set by the button marked A behind the handbrake tag.It appears as an A in the top of the drivers display when stop start is activated. I have found that this can be easily turned off accidentally by one's thumb when applying the handbrake with one's fingers. There is a pathetic tiny green warning light on the button but of course it's not in the Drivers view.
