Default CarPlay offer

Just incase anyone was considering adding CarPlay but didn’t want to spend £300, Volvo have an offer on at the moment dropping it to £180

Now, if they’ll just do a similar offer for the XC90 Polestar upgrade, I’ll be laughing 😂

Depends on your MY XC90, there is a current PS offer it seems with some (but not all) dealers at £595.

It’s a 2016 D5, been quoted £600 by Snows in Winchester which is cheaper than the RRP, but still a fairly hefty outlay

I think various dealers have promotions on from time to time and seem to recall Marshall had a £375 offer a little while back so it may return.
My current 2018 D5 is not PS but i like the idea of it on my (coming soon) 2022 B5 D. Supplying dealer is £695 and i consider that too much - would pay £595 but they do not want to do it so will get it done locally if I think it needs it and if I can find an offer.

Considering you are buying a new car from them, I’m sure they would discount it if you bargained hard enough!

Had it installed on my 2018 XC90 last week for £180. Not sure if it's worth it though tbh. Android auto isn't that necessary when you've got a decent entertainment system and I don't think the Volvo one is all that bad in the first place.

Had it installed today, happy so far.

I also managed to get an extra bit off the price. When I called to order it I mentioned I'd seen on the Volvo website that it was £120 off the regular price.

They misunderstood on the phone and thought I'd said it was £120 on the Volvo website and charged me that price for it.
