V50: - Seat belt b pillar rattle

I am new to forums so bear with me. I have a 59 plate V50 Rdesign with a seat belt rattle from R/H drivers side. Seat belt has been replaced under warranty by main dealer, but still the same. Tried 2 other cars at dealers one of which was a S40, they all exibited the same rattle. Volvo UK says there is no fault, they are not in the car!! They say it could be a characteritic of the car, what rubbish. Are there any other people out there with the same issue.

I have similar in my 2009 V50. Right beside my right ear. If I push on the drivers door window it stops. I think it is coming from the top of that. My car is due to go to lloyds for a service soon, will mention it to them then. One of 4 or so annoying rattles that should not be there.
