Default Rattling turbo heat shield

My car is a 2013 S60 T5

Yesterday I noticed a sort of rattle / resonance sound when the engine was under load. It sounded like it was coming from the engine so I thought it might be a heat shield. Today I had a poke about and reached round to where I think the turbo heat shield would be and sure enough it's loose.

I had the turbo replaced a couple of years ago and I've got a good mind to take it back and complain about their shoddy workmanship. Not really. But how do I get to it to sort it out? I'm presuming from underneath so that'll be fun on the driveway. Obviously it's there for a reason but would it be safe to run without it?

Any ideas?

My turbo'd Subarus had this issue in the past where the front heat shield corroded around the bolt holes and people used oversize washers to fix. My last Audi had a rattle from the rear at idle which was permanently fixed with a local garage weld. Some people remove, but I'd be inclined to repair.
