Windscreen leak - what's the procedure to fix
My 2004 53 non sunroof is letting water in under the right hand side of the windscreen.
The drain from the compartment under the screen is working ok, but the water is finding it's way in all the same, we can see the water marks above the throttle pedal. What is the fix for this? |

Hello all,
I have the car booked in for timing belt change next week and am going to try to solve this leak at he same time. Can anyone shed any light into how I am going to stop the water from getting in please?, it is filling the floor on the drivers side Also: is it advisable to change the water pump and thermostst when the belt is being changed? car has 92K miles done. |

looks like the biggest job will be drying out the carpets.
I wonder if drilling a hole in the lowest part of the floor to drain the water would be a good/bad idea, I could fit a rubber grommit then too because it looks like it could be used on a regular basis.. |
