XC 60 T5 2.0 Petrol ENgine 2012 model No start

Hi, I purchased a 2012 XC60 with a known broken serpentine belt. Once I replaced the belt I found that the main crank was also damaged with the rubber busHing broken causing slippage of belt.

The previous owner ran the engine without the belt to DEMONSTRATE the engine running FINE.

I have now replaced the CRANK PULLEY , BELT and the engine turns but does not start.

I found no locking mechaniSm in the main pulley TO fix a TDC for the blank teeth on the pulley in relation to the sensor, so I am not sure if there is any TDC setup or not. The pulley basically freewheels when loosened.

The Error code thrown up says OAO F68 'Engine failed to start. Algorithm based failures.'. COuld this be to do with TDC sensor?

In addition I have ben unable to find any diagram for the serpentine belt . The full set up has 7 pulleys. A. Main engine crank, Adjustable idler, Power steering, water pump, Ac compressor, alternator, idling pulley between power steering and compressor. Any help is much appreciated
