Default Volvo S60 not starting after accident

Hey guys im new here.

I have just bought my second volvo which is an S60 2021 mild hybrid. It was damaged and was in safety mode. Ive had to replace the CEM and SRS modules and get them programmed. Im finally out of safety mode and have ignition but for the life of me and electricians, it just wont start.

I was told that after an accident, the 48v battery must be replaced and reprogrammed. Is this true? As it costs £1500!

The fault code states ‘accident, actuator stuck’ something along those lines.

Could that be the reason it doesn't start or could anything else be contributing to that?

Thanks!
