Any engineering shop worth their salt should be able to do it, Mhuk on here used someone on Facebook to cut 3 angle valve seats etc.

If your on Facebook search for scimec motors - I've had a stage 3 head built from them to suit my engine spec. They are based in Norway but ship engines and parts all over the world.

Scimec, Overboost racing, Erland Cox to name a few

If you can Cylinder head developments have done a few but not likely to be able to such good results as the specialists in these heads
