Default V60 2019 t5 not starting

Hey all I’m in a pickle
I have a car which I’ve owned for 6 months I’ve turned the car on multiple times almost every week with no issues at all (apart from bad battery which I needed up changing) but no issues what’s so ever perfect start each time. I took it in to mechanic for some panel pulling which after the car does not start at all.
At first it just made a clicking sound from starter motor and after charging battery etc starter motor burnt out and didn’t not work anymore. I’ve now replaced the starter motor and put in another brand new battery (Halfords agm battery same spec as Volvos original) now the car only turned over 3 times but 3 very slow turns. It’s like the battery hasn’t got enough juice to turn it on but I do not understand what to do now. Diagnostic tool does not show any faults related to starter motor or ecm.I’ve checked fuses as well all fine related to starter motor, fuel, engine etc
Anyone have any advice on what to check or any other tests. I’ve also bench tested starter motor which ran perfectly.

It was done all over mainly rear and driver side headlight. The wires cut as shown the photo was fixed and car started before and after repair of the wiring especially the ground. Ground wire was for headlight, rad fan and ac from what I remember. What do you believe it could be, if trapped earth where do you think I should start looking and what to look out for.
Thank you

I am a bit confused.

You mentioned starting the car every week, we're you using the car? How long ago was it crashed? Did you crash it, or buy it damaged?

You said that there was some panel pulling but then mention cutting wires which seems not to fit with just same panel straightening.

It sounds like it was a reasonably big accident repair. My assumption is that in the course of the accident repair some electrical wires have been damaged and I am afraid you might be chasing this fault for many days.

Good luck

So firstly thank you for assistance. I purchased the car crashed in the impact three wires were cut from the accident it self. The car was being turned on every week since purchase approximately 5 or more months. Just idling on my drive at most driving it around my drive relocating the place of my cars. So back to the issue, so I called an electrician which he tested the wiring and starter motor which he concluded that there’s no issues in terms of electrical side he stated it seems like the engine is seized or flywheel has seized. To which I turned the engine manually to confirm my engine wasn’t seized so it went down to my flywheel being seized. Before I went to dismantling my gearbox. I thought let me take the auxiliary belt off in case my compressor or alternator was seized and wasn’t letting turn the car over. And to my surprise my alternator was completely seized. Purchased a used alternator cuz new is expensive as hell. Unfortunately alternators is not charging the car so I’ve took it back off and going back to the seller.
