Exclamation Volvo v50 2.0d 2006 engine vibrates when cold

Hello, I just can't fix this vibrating issue on my v50 I've tried to fix this issue multiple times but no luck for example, 2 new engine mounts the third one is ok, 3 refurbished injectors that just fixed the acceleration problems, fuel pressure regulator, MAF sensor, egr valve, all 4 new glow plugs, the air intake is clean and the throttle body too all filters are changed regularly, car has no fault codes about the engine even when its runs on 3 cylinders when cold, the car stops vibrating after 20 minutes or driving then shutting it off for 10 minutes, then it runs like butter somehow but if you don't leave ir sitting for 10 minutes it would still vibrate, please if you have any ideas it would be awesome to hear Im tired of this car no one has a clue what's wrong with this car

These 2.0D units had an issue with the plastic shut off throttle becoming distorted with heat, sticking in the closed position, restricting air flow into the inlet manifold. The butterfly valve/plate should shut closed when you switch off the ignition and reopen a few seconds later for the next restart. Check to see if it's reopening fully and free of obstruction.

A new shut off throttle is the answer to the above problem but, as a temporary measure, you can file back the edge of the plate a little so its not becoming stuck/jammed in the closed position.
