Unhappy fault code 4007 along with 280a

Hi all,

i need some advise.

i have a 2002 s60 2L t5 and i keep getting these intermittent fault codes that always arrive together 4007 evap system and 280a upstream lambda sensor; invaild signal.
i have changed the lambda last year then the fault first appeared but the fault code still keeps beinging logged.
i clear the codes and get a week or so before my check engine light come on.
i dont know if its just a coincidence but it always come on when my tank gets to half empty and some time goes out on it own when the tank gets lower then quarter.

has any one had the same problem and if so what was it as i am about to start checking evap canister and purge vaule
