fixed:
- the phonebook readout should not pause on some value (sometimes). it happened from time to time that i did not receive an answer.

changes:
- a little bit of differences regarding showing information about tracks. upload the file "config\<language>\...\bt_user_texts.bst" after the update. otherwise it will not make sense in some situations.

if somebody uses spotify on the android and he is angry that the information is not updating then it is not my bug but it is a spotify issue. they are ignoring to fix it and also they have tons of stu.id answers. it is quite a lot on the internet regarding this issue. i recomend to use "spotify lite". it is not on the google play, but for example here.

- changing the method of the settings saving, ... hopefully it shouldn't happen anymore that the something wrong happens during the saving (probably the voltage dropout on engine startup, ...) and the settings including the license are erased. this happens on some XC90
