PCP & Free Servicing
I am buying a T8 through my company, using a PCP, which i am a guarantor on as a director.
Dealer is telling me the 3 year free servicing isn't applicable as I'm a business purchaser..... sounds like BS to me. Anyone done a business purchase and got the service pack ? |

Similar situation in terms of purchase plan here. I was told exactly the same thing by my dealer( would like to confirm it is not the same dealer). My dealer did throw in the first service free, mud flaps and boot lid protector in lieu. Can I ask who your dealer is? |

Can't see why it matters. I generally go for the least flashy looking sales guy (if you can't get the owner) who may be more keen for your business. It's a few hundred pounds max to them but worth a fair bit more to you.

I get the impression that business deals are treated differently to private purchases. When enquiring about new cars the sales people always seem to assume that I am a company car buyer when in fact it's a private purchase but paid for via a car allowance.
The usual rule applies - be prepared to walk away even at the last minute if the deal doesn't sit right..............

what does the order document say ? Once they smell your money they get very greedy, show their true colours, will threaten you with legal action if you cancel. Doesnt hurt to haggle, you run a business, you know how to do it
