Post Covers for the headlight wipers?

My headlight wipers aren't working and I'm just thinking of taking them off completely.

Problem is that I don't want to have 2 massive holes on my number but I'm not able to find any sort of covers for the holes.

I attached 2 images to clarify what I meant by wipers and the covers I'm looking for.

The car is a volvo v40 2004

On my car, when I removed the wipers, the existing small panel clips out.
I filled the existing units with chopped fibreglass and body filler.
When smooth and painted with an aerosol, all looks good.
