Default Towbar fitting

Hi
Looking to fit a towbar to a 2006 car.
Mechanically looks pretty straightforward.
Suggestions of type/manufacturers?
Electrically.. well.. are there any decent plug in kits??

Thanks!

For the electrics to genuine Volvo. They aren’t much more if any and are real plug and play unless you need the fog light to be deactivated when plugged in. As to manufacturers then first what type of tow bar are you after? Removable or permanent? Swan neck or flanged?
Personally I fitted a fixed on from Witter which was a good price and they are a decent manufacturer but couldn’t comment on a removable one.

Hi
Thanks for the reply..
Always had detachable, although I see some have a lower loading limit..

I fitted a westfalia detachable on my 2006 xc90 and would recommend it, also recommend the Volvo electrics
