  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.

Interesting - in the 3 years of having a D5 from 2017 to 2020, it never showed the route, only A and B. Others on here have said the route feature is only on the T8. All gets weirder and weirder....

If anyone does have route tracking on their VOC, I'd really love to see a screen-grab of it!

Very interesting. Looks like an older version of the app. I guess we no longer have the route tracking. The consumption graph is very interesting. Wish I had this feature now!

Try this: disable the journal - log off - close the app - wait an hour - open the app - log on - activate the journal - restart the app.
This worked for me.

I tried the reset steps detailed above, but I still don’t see the route or consumption tracking.

I might email the app team and see what their response is.

Tried those steps as well with a 10 hour gap with route mapping off. No joy today. The new journey today still doesn’t show a route.

Yep - same here, tried the steps with an overnight gap and still no detailed logging of the route or stats... I wonder if it’s gone for good this time

I’m going to email them again
