FOR SALE: Volvo 850R, Black, Auto, 1997

Hi all, I'm putting up for sale my UK 1997 Black 850R Auto 188k miles.

The engine pulls strong, the turbo boosts as it should and the gearbox box is silky smooth and is a testiment to the care it's previous owners (here on the forum) have given the car over the years.

4 previous owners. Lots of receipts/MOTs covering previous works carried out at garages and parts bought.

It's received regular oil/filter changes, gearbox flush @ 179k in Jul 2018 and a cambelt change at 180.5k in Sep 2018.

PCV system is in good working order.

Exterior of the car is in good condition for a 24 year old with a few scratches on the bodywork but nothing really drastic or noticeable. There is a ding/dent on the front passenger side door but again not that noticeable. The front bumper o/s corner has a deep scratch. The paint still looks really, really nice, especially once polished.

Interior is clean and tidy with very little wear on the drivers seat bolster.

Present and working rear load cover and working 6 CD interchanger. All electrics in good working order, no warning lights on dashboard, speedometer working as it should! Air con could do with a re-charge.

The car has had the front disc brake conversion to 302mm and a custom cat-back exhaust (sounds lovely).

I'm having a new (reconditioned) steering rack fitted this weekend as the current one is leaking fluid.

Not sure where to pitch the price at, lots of really high prices on ebay at the moment (but to be fair they do have much lower mileage), so, lets say offers of £6.5k ono (too low/too high??). I'm based in north Kent, BR4 0QN.
